Covid Record & Certificate
You can now access details of your Covid-19 vaccination record/a certificate for travel using one of the following steps;
- Patients with smartphones – From Monday 17 May 2021 the updated version of the NHS App contains a separate feature to show Covid-19 vaccination records. You will need basic online access to prescriptions and appointments which our admin team can set you up with if you do not already have this.
- For those patients without/who do not use smartphones – if you know the country you are travelling to requires evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status, you can call the NHS helpline on 119 and ask for a letter to be posted to you. This must be at least 5 working days after you have completed your course of the vaccine. Patients should expect the letter to take up to 5 working days to reach them. PLEASE NOTE; The letter will be sent automatically to the address registered with the patients GP. The 119 call handler that the patient speaks to will NOT be able to see their address to check this with them. If the patients has recently moved house, they will need to make sure they have given their new address to the GP practice before calling 119.
